Unfortunately the app was not able to recover my iPhone, but Alice at the customer service answered me quickly and tried to help me on the process.

As we were unable to recover, at the end she gave me the full money back garantee.

This product isn't perfect but it's the best one I've seen. It works, the customer service is great (Vera has been very helpful!)

Software works Great and the Support specific Alice is very helpfull and great.

They are a scam. Don't fall into what they advertise on YouTube the actual software does not function at all. Once you subscribed you are trapped there is no customer care at all they will be automated emails. If you have same situation call your bank and replace your card. And file a dispute. Hope this will save some-once time and money. There is no AI function. Read on google they do this with many of their software..

The program was unfortunately not able to fix my iPad, but the customer service was quickly to respond and gave me lots of possibilities to make it work.
At the end, and we could't make it work Ray in the customer service gave me the full money back garantee.
